THE ARTIST
This is the part where I tell you a little about myself, and why I love what I do... Striving to create images that will connect with the viewer, and touch the heart.
But first, I'd like to ask you a question... Are you aware of what this day is? Are you fully aware of what this exact moment in time truly is?!
Think about that for a few moments. I'll share my answer with you a little later.
Now, about me... How do I describe myself? Where do I begin? As a young child I dreamed of being a "Super Hero", with "Super Powers". Yes, really!! I guess that can be said of lots of young children. But guess what? (Don't tell anyone) I actually developed "Super Powers". No, not like super human strength, speed, or the ability to fly. My "Super Powers" are a lot more subtle. But, "Super" nonetheless. My super powers involve the senses. Super Hearing: (Did you know that a second before a person smiles their heartbeat changes, making a distinct sound?) I can hear that. Super Vision: The ability to see that which ordinarilly cannot be seen. ALL of the elements of a portrait, such as those flowers 20 feet away. Yes, they do matter. And last, but not least, Super Anticipation & Instincts: The ability to sense, feel, see and to KNOW, the exact moment to capture that beautiful smile, unique expression, and many times, once in a lifetime moments.
Now, my answer to the question I asked you earlier... What is this day? What is this exact moment?... This day, this moment is A GIFT!! Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today, this day, this moment is A GIFT. That is why it is called, "THE PRESENT".
And that is why I do what I do. Everyone who knows me, and have seen me at work, knows that photography is much more than just a job to me, it truly is my passion and my gift!! I love creating images. Through this love I am able to share with you... The gift of a moment in time otherwise lost. This Day... This Moment... my present to you.
I am looking forward to meeting you, and creating memories you will cherish.
I Hear, I Feel, I See, I Envision, I am... BRYAN POLLARD PHOTOGRAPHY
